What about security?

Dundee United online shop purchases takes place in a safe environment using the latest security technology to protect you, our customers.

The website encrypts your credit card information to ensure your transactions are private and protected. We accept orders only from browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection. Most web browsers above Version 3 support this security.

Your payment details are held in an encrypted format until our staff process your order. This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send us.

How do I purchase a product?

Browse the menu on the left then select the sub-category of the shop you want. Once you have found the product you wish to purchase, click on "Add to Basket". If necessary, you can change the number in the 'Quantity' field and press 'Recalculate' to view the new total price. You can then press "Continue Shopping" to add other items to your basket or "Checkout" to proceed to the checkout and pay for your item(s)

If I make a mistake with my order how do I fix it?

It couldn’t be easier. If you wish to modify or delete the items in your trolley simply follow the instructions displayed. To change the quantity of a product on your order just change the quantity to the amount you want and then click on the right hand side of the products details. This will refresh the pricing details. If you no longer want an item in the trolley click delete.

What about VAT?

All the products on the site have VAT applied at the current rate of value added tax. We have also ensured that VAT is only charged where applicable.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA , Mastercard and Switch.

How long will it take for my goods to be delivered?

All quoted delivery times are approximate. We do everything it can to ensure that goods are delivered promptly. However, time shall not be of the essence in relation to your contract with DUFC, and late delivery shall not affect your contract with DUFC. If we are aware of any anticipated lengthy delay in the delivery of the goods you have ordered, we will attempt to contact you and keep you advised of the likely date for delivery. If you have not received the goods you ordered within 30 days of placing your order and a later delivery date has not been quoted at the time you placed your order or subsequently agreed with you, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. What is your returns policy?

We are confident that you will be completely happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item in its original “as new” condition for a full refund within 7 working days after you have received the goods ordered by you. If we have already charged you for the goods we will refund the basic price of the cancelled item(s) - excluding postage & packaging - within 30 days. In the unlikely event that you received a faulty product, we will give you full refund including the postage you paid to return the product. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for the exact procedure.

Note: We are unable to offer the right to return on CDs, DVDs, tapes, magazines, newspapers, books or, for reasons of hygiene, underwear or socks where the seal has been broken, customised replica shirts or perishable items such as flowers.

Can I cancel an order?

You have a right to cancel your order at any time after your order has been placed until the date 7 working days after you have received the goods ordered by you or, in the case of services, the date 7 working days after you placed your order. This right to cancel does not apply to CDs, DVDs, tapes, magazines, newspapers, books or, for reasons of hygiene, underwear or socks where the seal has been broken, customised replica shirts or perishable items such as flowers.
