Goods and services advertised on this website are an invitation to treat and not an offer to sell. An offer to buy the products is made when an order is placed and no contract shall be made with us until the offer is accepted.

All products are subject to availability, full payment including any shipping costs is charged at the point that the order is accepted. If we are unable to supply any of the requested products or the customer cancels the order or part order then a full or part refund shall be made to the original payment card used.

Prices and product information shown are as accurate as possible at the time of purchase; any discrepancy shall be communicated before an order is accepted if an amendment is needed. Prices are subject to change at any time, this does not affect orders that have been accepted and dispatched, if there is a price change after an order is placed no part refund shall be processed. If delivery is requested at the point of checkout a delivery charge shall be added to the total price, please find our delivery charges here.

Collect in store

Collect in store orders shall be held for a period of 28 days from the point the order is accepted, if our collect in store service is selected it is the customer’s responsibility to collect the order in the time frame stated. If the order is not collected in the stated time frame it shall be refunded in full, we cannot guarantee that the stock will be available after the 28 day collection period if it has not been collected and refunded. If the customer has selected collect in store in error or now requires the order to be shipped they must contact us to arrange the payment of the shipping costs.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure all shipping and billing details are correct, Dundee United Retail are not liable for any lost orders due to incorrect shipping information being provided. 

Payment

Payment can be made with valid a debit or credit card and must be made in full at the point of order. Part payment is not accepted. By using a debit or credit card for payment you the customer are confirming that you are authorised to do so. Your card issuer may require additional checks to be carried out before payment can be processed; we accept no liability for late orders due to card verification. Declined orders must be investigated with your card issuer in the first instance. Payment is charged at the point of checkout after the customer has confirmed and accepted the order.

Refunds

Online refunds can be processed online after filling in an online order request within the 28 day return period, please note the shipping costs may not be refunded, please see our returns policy for details. Online orders can be returned in person but please note that the refund shall be processed via the online shop and not given in cash, card or vouchers in person. Please allow up to 5 working days from the point of refund for it to show back onto your payment method.

Returns

Online orders can be returned or exchanged by posting them back to the Club shop with an online order form enclosed, this can be found here. Returns must be made within the 28 day return period.

Items must be unworn and in a sellable condition, this includes providing the original packaging and labels when possible, we have the right to refuse the return of items that are deemed not to meet a sellable condition or is after the 28 day return period. 

Shipping costs shall only be refunded if an error has been made by Dundee United Retail, any exchanged goods shall not be charged shipping costs.

Please note socks shall only be accepted for an exchange or a refund providing that they are unopened and unworn due to hygiene reasons.

Personalisation

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that details for personalised goods are correct at the time of order, Dundee United retail is not liable for incorrect personalised orders placed this includes the incorrect size being ordered and a refund or exchange may not be provided.

Dundee United Retail shall exchange or refund personalised goods that do not match the initial order due to our error providing the product or size is still available and it is with in the 28 day return period, an alternative may be provided with any price discrepancy amended, any shipping costs shall be covered by Dundee United Retail. 

We reserve the right to refuse personalisation on any goods that we feel are offensive or may bring Dundee United Retail or The Dundee United Football Company LTD into disrepute, if your order falls into this category a refund of the cost of the print shall be provided.

Promotions

Dundee United Retail shall run several sales or promotions throughout the years, we reserve the right to stop, amend or suspend these at any time without any notification. Please note items bought during any sale or promotion period shall only be refunded at the current sale price. Any items returned during a sale or promotion period that do not include the correct return form shall only be refunded at the current RRP. Any multi buy product returned shall be processed at the individual product sale price and not the full offer price – e.g. one item bought on a 2 for £20.00 promotion shall be refunded at the price of £10.00.

Miscellaneous

Sizes stated in the size guide are the manufacture’s specifications. Colours and details are as accurate as the photography allows, any change in product design shall be communicated.
