Reflecting on the 3-0 loss to Dundee, Alex Smith admitted that the people he felt sorry for most were the United fans.
"It was frustrating because we played well and created four or five clear chances in the first half. However, I have now seen enough to know we can build on what we have. We were all disappointed at the end but I would like to thank the fans because the support they gave us was absolutely fantastic from start to finish."
