There was good news for United's Canadian international pair Jason de Vos and Pat Onstad as they helped their country to a World Cup qualifying first-leg win over Cuba.
Jason, who skippers Canada as well as United, grabbed the winner, while Pat kept a clean sheet in the game in Havana, and they are now strong favourites to progress after the second leg at home on Sunday.
