MORE KNEE TROUBLE FOR WORRELL

29th June 2000

Fullback David Worrell's run of bad luck has continued.

The former Blackburn defender has suffered a recurrence of his knee problem which kept him out for much of last season. Assistant boss John Blackley said,"David has suffered a reaction in training and may have to see a specialist."

Meanwhile, Craig Easton has now joined his teammates in pre-season training after being ordered to take an extra few days rest.

Manager Paul Sturrock is extending his player search to Canada.
