Manager Paul Sturrock was happy with the Under-21s showing against Hearts at Tynecastle last night, though his young side did go down
1-0 to the newly crowned champs.
"Apart from Scott McCulloch we had a very young team, but they did not do badly. It was the last league game and these kids have had a lot of matches recently. Two nights before this match they played Motherwell at Tannadice and the Hearts match was the fifth in seventeen days. I am relieved they've come through them without any serious injury."
