The coaching staff have had to delay an assessment of a young Greek trialist currently at Tannadice.
The teenage striker is a mate of Tangerine midfielder Tassos Venetis, and looked impressive when pre-season training got underway earlier this week but a groin strain will keep him out of action for a few days.
A disappointed John Blackley said,"The lad showed promise but we can't have a closer look until his injury clears up. However, he'll be around for a while, so we're certainly prepared to wait until he's fit again."
