WEBSITE UPDATE

15th September 2017

The new website, designed and produced by mtc, has been live for a month now and the view of United supporters has been extremely positive. The new website has surpassed expectation both in site visits and economic value and the benefits of a new design and of integrating ArabZONE within the new main site design are obvious.

It is clear, however, that a number of existing members have experienced problems in getting access to video content since the update. Most issues have been due to problems in the transfer of data - in particular, the details of members paying by other means than PayPal.

When we launched the site, we were advised by our digital partner that the transfer of members’ details would take a few more days and we made ArabZONE free to view for one week to allow time to remedy the problem.

The fix took a little longer than anticipated and we decided to leave the old ArabZONE site live as a back-up during the early life of the website.

Last week a decision was made to switch off the old ArabZONE site to help our developers address the still outstanding issues.

Both the ArabZONE team as well as mtc have worked extremely hard to attend to all subscribers who have contacted us for assistance. If you are still experiencing any difficulty in accessing videos, please email our helpline on communications@dundeeunitedfc.co.uk.
