Dundee United have signed, subject to international transfer clearance, central defender Rachid Bouhenna. The 27-year-old joins the Terrors on a two-year deal.
French-born Bouhenna, 6ft 3inch, has starred twice for Algeria’s U23s and has most recently played for MC Alger in the Algerian Ligue Professionnelle 1 and the CAF Champions League.
Manager Csaba László said, "Rachid is a player we have followed for quite a while and I am delighted to bring him into the squad and add to our defensive strength."
Rashid said, "I am pleased to join Dundee United and show my ability in Scottish football. I cannot wait to get out on the park for United."
