Paul Watson was delighted to grab his fourth United goal - he is now the joint fourth-top scorer in the Championship - but the stopper will take more satisfaction from clean sheets and three points rather than continuing his hot form in front of goal. Out injured recently, he came back in with a bang with the winning goal on Saturday.
"I knew I was playing on Friday and I am delighted to be back. The boys were terrific today, and it is a massive three points. Getting a goal is always good but for me, it is more important in getting clean sheets and three points."
United travelled to Dingwall to take on the previously unbeaten-at-home Ross County and showed sensational resilience to resist a lot of pressure from the home team, and while Paul was buzzing about the clean sheet and the result, his focus is already on the next match - a home fixture versus Alloa on Tuesday 20 November at 7.45pm
"To get a clean sheet against a team who have been scoring for fun was tremendous. We will enjoy this result, and then we know to focus on Alloa. We have a full week to prepare and make sure we take the three points from that one also."
