It is a home fixture this week in the Scottish Premiership for United as Ross County visit Tannadice.
After three successive clean sheets that have helped build strong foundations and secured two very hard-fought points in the last two league games, United face a County team that went down 4-0 to Motherwell last week.
The visitors enjoyed an excellent start to the season, derailed only by our magnificent 2-1 victory up in Dingwall and have had mixed success in recent weeks with the home draw with Hibs sandwiched by defeats to Rangers and ‘Well.
Jeando Fuchs could make his debut on Saturday, while Calum Butcher, Peter Pawlett, Adrian Sporle, Paul McMullan are back in training this week after missing out on last week’s 0-0 draw v St Johnstone
With several ex-United men in the County ranks, this one has many fascinating subplots and should be a cracker.
