TICKET OFFICE AND SUPERSTORE TO RE-OPEN ON 26 APRIL

We are pleased to announce that the Dundee United ticket office and retail store will re-open on Monday, 26 April in accordance with the government's easing of lockdown restrictions on non-essential retail.  

Season tickets, which can currently be purchased by renewing supporters online, will be available in-store and over the phone on 01382 833166 (ext 1) from 26 April 2021 onwards. We cordially invite all existing season ticket holders who have not renewed yet to take advantage of these added purchasing options before the end of the Loyalty Period on 30 April. More info here.

Shop refunds and exchanges (where suitable stock is available) can be made on retail products purchased prior to our enforced closure and gift vouchers will also be honoured. 

The following opening times apply:- 

• Monday to Friday: 10am - 5pm 
• Saturday: 9am- 1pm 
• Sunday: closed 

In line with government guidelines, customer numbers will be limited to a maximum of six customers in-store at any one time and outside queuing will apply when required.

The use of face coverings in the store is also mandatory unless exempt.  

To protect your safety, as well as that of fellow customers and staff, we request that social distancing is maintained at all times.
