DUCT x CIF | Re-Kicking Dundee!

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the Annual General Meeting of The Dundee United Football Club Limited was not able to be held in 2020. With most restrictions now lifted to the extent that we can hold the meeting in person at the stadium, a notice of an AGM being held at 11.00am on Thursday 30th September 2021 has been sent today to all shareholders. A copy of this notice can be viewed here.
The audited annual accounts for the year ended 30th June 2020 were lodged at Companies House on 9th June 2021, however any shareholder requiring a copy of these accounts can obtain them here.
If any shareholder does not receive a copy of the notice for the AGM, along with a proxy voting form, then please contact accounts@dundeeunitedfc.co.uk with your details and we will ensure our records are updated and copies of these documents are sent to you.
