Dundee United Football Club is pleased to confirm the continued development of its senior leadership structure as the club strengthens its operational, commercial and governance capabilities.
As part of this evolution, HR & Governance Director Laura Kelly and Commercial Director Mark Cunningham have joined the club’s Senior Leadership Team, alongside Chief Executive Officer Luigi Capuano, Chief Operating Officer Joe Rice and Finance Director James Robertson.
The announcement also formally recognises James Robertson’s position within the Senior Leadership Team, reflecting his significant contribution to the club’s financial management and strategic development.
The expanded leadership structure reflects Dundee United’s ongoing commitment and desire to build a modern, sustainable football club with strong governance, clear accountability and effective decision-making across all areas of the organisation.
Laura Kelly has played a key role in strengthening the club’s people management, governance and organisational development, while Mark Cunningham continues to lead the club’s commercial growth, partnerships and revenue strategy. Together with the existing leadership team, they will help drive the club’s long-term ambitions both on and off the pitch.

Laura and Mark have both made significant contributions in their respective fields, and their inclusion within the Senior Leadership Team recognises the leadership, professionalism and experience they bring to Dundee United.
“It is also important to formally acknowledge James Robertson’s role within the Senior Leadership Team and the significant contribution he continues to make to the club’s growth and financial sustainability.”
