Dundee United can confirm our appeal against Emmanuel Agyei's red card in Wednesday evening's game against Motherwell has been dismissed by a Scottish FA fast-track claim judicial panel.

As a result of this, Emmanuel will serve an immediate two game suspension effective from tomorrow's game against Falkirk.

The club will make no further comment at this time.
