In 2023, the Club inducted the following into the Hall of Fame:- Mogens Berg and Craig Conway.

MOGENS BERG

Mogens was born in Odense, Denmark on 8 June 1944 and played for B 1909 Odense beforebeing signed by Jerry Kerr for Dundee United on 10 December 1964. Joining United as a Danish Internationalist (eight total caps), he was also a part of domestic success and a European Cup against Real Madrid before putting pen to paper at Tannadice.

He made his debut in a home clash with Rangers two days later and scored his first (and second) goal for United versus St Johnstone at Tannadice on 1 January 1965. He played in each subsequent match of that season and scored in the home leg of the Summer Cup Final.

In all, Mogens scored 16 goals in 61 appearances and is still remembered for his thunderous strikes and bustling style. He left United to return to Denmark at the end of season 1967/68 and continued to be selected by his country - even playing against Scotland in 1971!

CRAIG CONWAY

Conway arrived at Tannadice from Ayr United in the summer of 2006 after being signed by Craig Brewster. With a reputation for pace, trickery and dangerous deliveries, the wide man terrorised defences all over the country and cemented himself as a mainstay in the United side under three different managers.

His outstanding form on Tayside also saw him rewarded with his first call-up to the national team, making his Scotland debut against Japan in 2009.

Conway’s climax in tangerine came in the 2010 Scottish Cup Final, netting two fine second-half strikes against Ross County to send the Terrors on their way to trophy number five!
