How can I buy my Season Ticket for 2023/24?
Supporters can purchase their Season Tickets both online and in-store.
Buying online is the most efficient method to securing your Season Ticket, but you can visit our ticket office if you need any assistance.

Age bands are calculated on the age of supporters on 1st August 2023.
How have prices been set for the 2023/24 season?
Each year we set out to produce a package that appeals to fans and makes football affordable whilst also ensuring the team can remain competitive on the park.
The club have seen a significant increase in matchday operational costs during the last two seasons: including police, stewarding, first aid/ medical alongside the operational cost of VAR. The club has also seen a rise in utilities (stadium rates, stadium insurance, gas and electric and stadium waste), resulting in a 66% increase in costs across the board this season.
Despite this, our marginal increase (less than 5% on the vast majority of Season Tickets prices in the Renewal Period) still offers a favourable price comparison with clubs across the top of Scottish football.
We have also made the decision to continue with our highly successful offering of two free U12 Season Tickets with the purchase of an Adult Season Ticket in the George Fox Lower – saving a further £80.
The increase in price during our Discount Period (less than 10%) again compares favourably to rival clubs whom we benchmark our prices against.
The prices set offer a significant discount against gate prices, with Season Tickets purchased in the Renewal Period offering savings of up to £183 for an adult.
With our partners V12 Retail Finance offering the opportunity to spread the cost, we believe the prices offer value to every United supporter wishing to purchase a Season Ticket.
During the process, we also consulted with fan group representatives for their views on our proposals and received positive and constructive feedback.
What are the benefits of renewing my Season Ticket in the Renewal Period?
Renewing your Season Ticket during the Renewal Period ensures the best possible value – and guarantees you secure your current seat for the 2023/24 season.
During the Renewal Period, you can choose to pay for your Season Ticket over four monthly repayments, with no fees or interest charges, or over ten monthly repayments with a small finance charge payable with the first instalment.

I don’t currently have a Season Ticket – when can I buy one?
New customers can purchase their Season Ticket once the Renewal period ends on 30th April.
The first opportunity to purchase a new Season Ticket will be at the beginning of the Discount period, starting from Tuesday 3rd May.
How long is my current seat reserved?
As an existing Season Ticket holder, your seat will be automatically reserved until the Renewal period ends - Sunday 30th April. Once this date has passed, it will be available for purchase by any supporter and the price will increase accordingly.
I want to spread the cost of my Season Ticket, what are the options?
We have once again partnered with V12 Retail Finance to allow supporters the opportunity to spread the cost of their Season Ticket over four, six or ten months.
Renewal Period
Option 1
4 MONTHLY PAYMENTS (no fee) – Sign up by 5pm on 30th April and you will have the option to spread the cost of your Season Ticket over four months. No extra fees as the interest costs are covered by DUFC.
For example, Season Ticket price £339.00 – you pay four monthly instalments of £84.75, with no finance or interest charges.
Option 2
10 MONTHLY PAYMENTS (with 10.45% (£35.43* )fee) – Sign up by 5pm on 30th April and you will have to opportunity to spread the cost of your Season Ticket over ten months through V12 Retail Finance with a 10.45% £35.43* finance fee, which is payable with the first monthly payment.
For example, Season Ticket price £339.00 – you pay one instalment of £69.33 (including the finance fee of £35.43) and then nine monthly instalments of £33.90. The total amount payable is £374.43.
Discount Period
6 MONTHLY PAYMENTS (with 7.69% (£29.15*) fee) – Sign up between Wednesday 3rd May – Sunday 2nd July, and you will have the opportunity to spread the cost of your Season Ticket over six months through V12 Retail Finance with a 7.69% finance £29.15* fee.
For example, Season Ticket price £379.00 – you pay one instalment of £92.31 (including the finance fee of £29.15*) and then five monthly instalments of £63.17. Total amount payable is £408.15.
Important note - Finance credit is subject to application and approval by V12 Retail Finance.

I have changed age category, how do I select my new option?
If you have changed age category, you can select your new age bracket by deselecting and then reselecting your seat on our online ticket portal.
This will bring up a prompt allowing you to select a new age category from the drop-down list.
At this point in time, I don’t know which league the club will be playing in, is this reflected in the package?
If we do not retain our Premiership status, supporters purchasing at the stated prices will be offered a 10% rebate in the form of a credit that can be used across the club. Further details will be announced if and when required.
Is there a family section?
While we do not have a recognised family section, the best value comes from purchasing an Adult Season Ticket in the George Fox Lower stand. This allows you the opportunity to qualify for two free U12 Season Tickets**. We would encourage families to sit within this stand.
** Proof of age will be required at purchase
Which matches are included in the Season Ticket price?
Only home Premiership matches are included in your Season Ticket.
All cup matches require an additional ticket to be purchased and we cannot guarantee that your usual seat will be available.
Can I relocate to another part of the stadium?
This is possible but remember that current Season Ticket holder seats are reserved until the end of the Renewal period.
To take advantage of the Renewal period prices and benefits please purchase your existing seat as normal. You should then inform the ticket office that you wish to relocate your seat and they will facilitate your request before the Discount period opens.
There will be a £10 admin charge should you wish to change your seat during the Full-Price Period.
What if my Season Ticket needs to be replaced?
A replacement fee of £10 is applicable in the event of issuing a new Season Ticket. Any such request will only be accepted if the named Season Ticket holder is present with identification during the transaction. The club reserves the right to decline such a request.
Can I purchase online if I am a student?
Student Season Tickets are available to all those in full-time education at a Higher or Further Education body.
To purchase your Season Ticket, we need to see proof of eligibility. If your matriculation card remains valid for the entire 2023/24 season, you will be offered to renew or buy at the student price. If we do not have this information, you will need to contact the ticket office by email - tickets@dundeeunitedfc.co.uk attaching a copy of your matriculation card or a copy of your acceptance email or letter.
Can U12s attend the match without an adult?
Children under the age of 12 years old are not permitted into the stadium unless they are accompanied by a supporter over the age of 16.
Where can I find the Terms and Conditions relating to Season Tickets?
Can I collect my Season Ticket, or will it be posted?
Your Season Ticket will be available for collection from our ticket office before the start of the season unless you request it to be posted. Details for collection will be published on our club website at a later date.
