Why is the Club launching season ticket sales in March when we don’t know which league we’ll be playing in?
The season tickets are being launched in the same week as last season. Selling this early gives the Club the confidence to commit to a playing budget to allow the Manager to prepare as early as possible for next season.
Also, gate prices for both the Championship and the Premiership have been set and season tickets give excellent savings on both eventualities.
The Loyalty Period has caught me by surprise and I hadn’t planned for that. How can I take advantage of the lowest price offer?
The Loyalty Period is open to every single supporter and the payment options available mean that you can pay for your season ticket by either cash, credit card, cheque, advanced budget facility or Zebra Finance options.
Is there any point in buying a season ticket when the Club runs match-by-match ticket offers?
Yes. season tickets for adults offer substantial savings against gate prices over the season. Also, our Under12s season ticket remains one of the best value season tickets in British football.
Why isn’t the Club issuing season ticket application packs anymore?
As part of a review of expenditure in 2016, and in response to feedback from supporters, it was felt that issuing packs via mail was no longer cost-efficient. In the present technological age, all information is available online via the Club website and social media. There will also be information available on a personal basis within our ticket centre and via phone.
Why is the Club asking for my e-mail address?
As part of our commitment to togetherness, you will be offered the opportunity to attend unique events and receive exclusive offers throughout the season. The marketing for this will be done predominantly via email.
Does my season ticket allow me entry to other games such as those of the Development Team?
Your season ticket will grant entry into any Development or league matches that are held at Tannadice including up to the semi-final stage of any cup competitions. Matches at other venues may be subject to an entry fee.
I’m a Budget Season Ticket purchaser, is my deal affected in any way?
No, you will continue to enjoy the commitment of previous year's prices when budgeting for future seasons.
Why am I being charged for postage and packing?
The vast majority of ticketing operations charges administration fees for the production and delivery of tickets. At Dundee United, we keep these costs to a minimum (£2.25 per posted season book up to a maximum of £9). However, we also offer the option of collecting your season ticket book from the Ticket Centre for no extra cost.
Is there a family section at Tannadice?
The George Fox Lower is the home of our family section. Season ticket are available at £18 for this section and match day prices are only £5 per match when an Under 12 (maximum of two per paying adult) is accompanied by a full paying adult. The FamilyZONE team have a wide range of activities for kids to get involved in and are looking to grow these activities throughout the 2018/19 season.
As a current season ticket holder, how long will my seat be held for?
Your seat will be held until the Early Bird deadline of 2 July 2018 – please ensure you renew before that date.
I’m a student – why can’t I purchase online?
Student season tickets are available to those in full-time education at a Higher or Further Education body, and proof of eligibility must be shown to purchase a ticket.
As a result, those looking to renew season tickets online will only receive their season ticket book once proof of eligibility is shown. Those looking to purchase student season tickets should contact the Ticket Centre for further information.

Can I buy a hospitality season membership for next season?
