Official confirmation of the first of the Club's pre season games has now been received, including two matches during the pre season training schedule in Austria and a trip to England to face Hull City on Saturday, 31 July.
Whilst in Austria, Dundee United will play Unirea Urziceni on 15 July at Rif (near Salzburg). On 18 July, a match against German Bundesliga 3 side Wacker Burghausen has been arranged to open their new stadium. Kick off times and exact venue details will be advised in due course. In the meantime, we are advised that travelling supporters should aim to stay in the Salzburg area for ease of travel to both games.
United face a stern test when they travel to play former Premiership side Hull City at the KC Stadium on Saturday 31 July, 3pm kick off. The Tigers dropped down to the Championship at the end of last season but will no doubt be a strong contender for promotion this season. Admission prices will be detailed on the Hull City website in due course.
