DUNDEE UNITED SIGN PRINCIPAL PARTNERSHIP WITH EDEN MILL ST ANDREWS

Dundee United today announces a two-year agreement with leading Scottish distillers Eden Mill St Andrews as its principal Club partner. The partnership will begin for the 2021/22 season and will see the Tangerines wearing the Eden Mill logo on the front of the first-team jersey for the duration of the agreement. 

The agreement will see the Club work closer together with Eden Mill as both look to grow across the world from roots in the St Andrews and Dundee area.

Eden Mill are pioneers of the drinks industry and one of the UK’s fastest growing companies. Using local ingredients and botanicals sourced from the Fife coastline, Eden Mill celebrate the best of old and new, combining traditional distilling processes with an experimental approach to create a taste of St Andrews.

The company recently revealed plans for one of Scotland’s first carbon neutral single malt whisky distilleries in St Andrews. Due to open in Spring 2022, power and heat for the stills will be supplied by a local energy network generated by biomass plant and field electricity. The distillers expect to welcome 50,000 visitors a year to the brand home and visitor centre.

In 2020, Eden Mill became Dundee United’s first-ever sleeve sponsor and created a collaborative and exclusive Dundee United gin. After the initial success of the partnership, both parties will now look forward to developing the partnership in line with a shared ethos.
