DUNDEE UNITED WFC SIGN CASSIE COWPER AND ERIN CATTANACH

Dundee United WFC made their first signings of the close season with two new additions with a lot of SWPL1 experience under their belts.

Cassie Cowper and Erin Cattanach both make the move down the A90 from Forfar Farmington and will boost Gavin Beith's options ahead of the 2021-22 season.

Both Cowper and Cattanach are 23 years old, with a number of games played in the top flight for Forfar as well as, in Cowper's career, Aberdeen.

Last season saw Cowper wear the armband on a number of occasions after being named vice-captain at Station Park where she spent the last three seasons.

Cattanach also has experience at this level as she helped Forfar secure the SWPL2 title in comfortable fashion in 2017.
