Saturday 21st May 1994, a day that will live long in the memory as we broke our Scottish Cup hoodoo under the stewardship of Ivan Golac - defeating Rangers 1-0 in the Hampden sunshine courtesy of Craig Brewster's finish two minutes into the second half.
As the club continues our celebrations of getting grips on football's oldest trophy for the first time, our Heroes of '94 30th Anniversary Dinner will take place on Saturday 25 May 2024 at the Apex Hotel, Dundee.
Speaking on our triumph, Scottish Cup-winning Captain Maurice Malpas said, “For me, it was massive relief but great joy at the same time - I’m not too sure if that happens anymore."
"You’re on the pitch and you don’t know what to do with yourself, I didn’t know where to run - heedless, is the best term to use! I just wanted to grab the cup, and I wasn’t sure I was going to pass it back!"
ON THE NIGHT
A fitting tribute to our silver-kissing squad, former players, staff and club officials will gather for a packed-out evening of celebration and nostalgia.
Guests will enjoy a three-course meal, live entertainment and some legendary tales from our Heroes of '94.
