Danny Griffin took another step along the road to recovery when he played sixty minutes for United in a closed door game against Falkirk at Tannadice this afternoon.
Playing alongside first team squad members such as Charlie Miller, Russell Latapy and Billy Dodds, Danny gained some match fitness on a heavy Tannadice pitch against a young Falkirk side.
Danny last featured in a competitive match when he played against Rangers in a 0-3 defeat at Tannadice at the end of September last year. Danny has played nine matches for the first team this season to date and sixty five in total in his United career scoring four times.
