CHAIRMAN SET TO TAKE SEAT AMONGST SUPPORTERS

Eddie Thompson, Chairman of Dundee United FC, will not take his usual seat in the Directors' box for the crucial game versus Motherwell on Saturday. After meeting Motherwell Directors in the Boardroom of Fir Park, he will make his way to join the 2000 and more travelling support behind the goal. The Chairman said: "I felt it appropriate that I should be with the supporters for such an important match. I hope we are all celebrating a win at the end of the match."
