Dundee United today confirmed that Gary Bollan has been released from his contract by mutual consent.
Gary first joined United as teenager from Fairmuir Boys Club. and subsequently moved to Rangers in 1995 and then three years later he signed for St Johnstone . At the end of season 2000/01, Gary signed for Livingston before returning to Tannadice in January 2003 and, adding his most recent appearances, he leaves after a total of 72 games with four goals to his credit. His last appearance was against Hearts in an SPL match in August 2003.
