United's Under-15 side won the Aberdeen International Football Festival this afternoon, defeating Ross County 1 - 0 at the Chris Anderson Stadium thanks to a goal by Johnny Russel in the 68th minute.

On Thursday, the side defeated hosts Aberdeen 2 -1. In an excellent contest, Aberdeen went ahead in the first half, but United levelled the score when striker Jordon Love cleverly scored from a Brian McLeod cross, and then Damian Dobbin netted with a spectacular 25 yard shot into the top corner.
