Fans applying for cup final tickets by post should complete the postal application form on the Box Office Section of the website.
The form should be used for all credit/debit card purchases and is best completed online, printed out, signed and sent to the Ticket Office as detailed. Please ensure that the form is completed correctly and is fully legible to ensure that the order can be processed error free and without unnecessary delay.
We would also encourage fans paying by cheque to complete the form for the same reasons. Supporters paying per cheque are requested to write their credit/debit card number and expiry date of the card on the back of the cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Dundee United FC.
In every case, the application must be accompanied by supporting vouchers etc, and a stamped address return envelope to ease dispatch.
