DUNDEE UNITED EGM

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Dundee United Football Company Limited held at Tannadice last night, a number of changes to the Company's Articles of Association were approved unanimously by the shareholders present.

The Articles were updated to reflect statutory changes, and to ease and streamline the procedures for transferring shares and also to reflect the alteration in ownership structure.
