Dundee United and Inverness CT announce that amicable discussions have led to a compensation package being agreed for Craig Brewster and his management team.
Craig and his team will now leave Inverness CT with immediate effect and join Dundee United.
A full media conference to formally the confirm the appointment of Craig and his management team is scheduled for Monday, 16 January at Tannadice.
In the meantime, with the full support of Craig Brewster, Billy Dodds will remain in charge of first team affairs for this Sunday's game against Falkirk.
