Midway through the half, the Tangerines were denied a stonewall penalty. Newcomer Justin Johnson was blatantly pulled down in the box, but unaccountably the referee failed to give a penalty. And with 11 minutes left an Aaron Duke header from a corner was cleared off the line, but that was as close as they came to taking a point which was the least they deserved.
