MCCALLUM LEAVES UNITED

11th January 2016

Dundee United announced today that goalkeeper Marc McCallum has left the Club by mutual agreement. McCallum joined United in June 2009 as a 16-year-old and made his United debut in a 3-1 defeat at home to Aberdeen in May 2014. He enjoyed spells on loan at Arbroath, Berwick Rangers, Forfar, Peterhead and, most recently, Livingston during his Tannadice tenure. Speaking to dufc.co Marc said, “I have loved my time at United although I wish I had enjoyed more game time obviously. I have learned a great deal about football in my time here and leave with many happy memories and friends. “It is the right time for me to now take my career further elsewhere and I am very much looking forward to my next move.” United further confirm that Development Squad players Evan Horne and Scott Lochhead have also left the club. Dundee United thank each of them for their service and wish them every success in their future careers.
