Dundee United FC today announce Billy King will join the Club from Hearts in the summer on a pre-contract agreement.
The 22-year-old winger has previously played for both Inverness CT and Rangers on loan. He has played almost 90 times for Hearts.
During the 2016/17 season, Billy has appeared 32 times for ICT (9 of these as a substitute) and scored three goals.
Billy said, "I am delighted to secure my future at a Club like Dundee United. The time is right for me to move on from my parent club Hearts and I will leave Tynecastle with some great memories, but I am excited about the future.
"I remain focused on finishing the season strongly with Inverness, but I am looking forward to pre-season training and meeting my new team-mates at United and showing United fans what I can do.”
King becomes Manager Ray McKinnon’s second pre-contracted signing of the week after striker James Keatings committed to the Terrors on Monday.
