FOOTBALL FANS IN TRAINING STARTS NEXT WEEK

Trying to lose weight and get healthy? Our FREE Football Fans in Training programme is designed to help men and women learn about a healthy and balanced lifestyle through a strategic programme to help individuals get more exercise and lose weight.

The September intake for the Football Fans in Training Programme starts on Monday 24th for Men and Wednesday 26th for Women and it's not too late to sign up now.

We can accommodate 20 participants for each session to engage with Dundee United FC at Tannadice Park. Throughout the 13 weeks, our qualified coaches will educate and encourage participants to make positive changes to their lifestyles, diet and physical activity with the overall goal being weight loss.

Criteria:
For Men: Age 35 – 65 and waist size 38 + inches
For Women: Age 35 – 65 and dress size 16 +
