LOUIS MOULT NOMINATED FOR PFA SCOTLAND CHAMPIONSHIP PLAYER OF THE YEAR

Earlier this week, Deniz Mehmet and Lewis Toshney embraced the opportunity to showcase their managerial talent in support of Black History Month. Each year, students and staff of Dundee University contest a hard fought friendly to mark the awareness campaign which is endorsed by Show Racism the Red Card. With Gaffer Mehmet at the helm, the youthful students took a 3-0 lead within fifteen minutes. However, Toshney’s seasoned academics showed great character, picked up the pace and were unlucky not to score any goals despite several chances!
Susan Batten, Chair of ArabTRUST, the Club’s official Diversity and Inclusion sponsor said: “As well as being good fun, events like this are a very important affirmation of inclusiveness and help bring the community together. It is fantastic to see the Club support Black History Month each year and every credit must go to the players for the enthusiasm and sporting spirit they brought to the occasion.”
