United Under-18's 1-6 defeat by Aberdeen at Tannadice last night was a major disappointment for Coach Maurice Malpas. "Losing three goals in a five minute period from defensive blunders made it very difficult against a strong Aberdeen side."
While obviously unhappy at the reverse, Maurice had words of praise for Mark Wilson (above left). "He's only played 45 minutes in the last few weeks and played well. Sean Callaghan and Stephen McGowan also played extremely well overall but in the end, we just were not good enough on the night."
