UNITED FIELD STRONG UNDER-21 TEAM

The United-21's go into their final match of 2001 this evening with a derby against Dundee at Tannadice Park. The young Tangerines will be up for this match as it is against local rivals Dundee but will also be eager to get back to winning ways following back to back reverses against Rangers in recent weeks.

Coach Maurice Malpas is looking forward to the match. "We will be fielding a strong side this evening that will feature David Hannah, Charlie Miller, Steven Thompson and Ronnie O'Brien. Hugh Davidson will play his first match in a few months."

The Coach was keen for a victory. "We are looking to maintain our recent form at this level and obviously being a derby game, we are looking to win. Unfortunately this match is coming too quickly for Jim McIntyre and Derek Lilley (pictured)."
