United gave some of their players some match practice this afternoon in a bounce game against an Arbroath Select coached by former United Coach Gordon Wallace. Among those taking part were David McCracken (pictured), David Winters, Stephen O'Donnell and Stuart Duff who was returning following a bout of flu.
Despite a goal by Stephen McGowan following a 1-2 with O'Donnell, the United Select lost by the odd goal in three. McGowan did have the ball in the net again but was ruled offside.
