DUFCW TAKE ON MONTROSE

DUFCW are in Scottish Power Women’s Premier League action this evening, taking on Montrose at Foundation Park!

It's the first competitive meeting between the sides who share a similar story in their rise to the SWPL. 

A MODEST OPENING

Graeme Hart's side have already faced five of last season's top six, picking up a respectable four points. 

The season so far is made up of losses in our first two games to Partick Thistle and Heart of Midlothian before a well-earned draw with full-time side Hibernian at Foundation Park.

Defeats to Celtic and Rangers then fell either side of an impressive victory over Hamilton Academical.

THE VISITORS

Montrose were promoted to the top flight this season and are yet to pick up a point. 

An opening-day clash saw them lose out to Celtic before further losses to Hibernian, Partick Thistle and Spartans while running Aberdeen and Motherwell close.
